Sisban was co-founder and cornerstone investor in The Business Gate as well as the onsite Fairmont Business Gate Hotel, and it remain a significant minority shareholder more than a decade after project completion.

The prestigious development has 77% of the land set aside for unique landscaping and water features and over 2,500 palm trees to create a green environment. It comprises 110,000 square meters of office space, 5 star hotels with 350 rooms, 4 star hotels with 250 rooms and 5000 square metres of retail space, as well as an exhibition and convention centre with conference and banqueting facilities.

The Business Gate caters for large and medium sized companies, including the regional headquarters of some of the world’s largest international companies, such as Siemens, Pfizer, Oracle and Microsoft.
