Sihot Park Slovakia – final first phase tenant secured

Their choice to locate production facilities at our site underscores the many strengths and attractions of our project for multinational companies with a base in Slovakia. We are also delighted to have contractually filled all our first hall space within such a short period of time and are looking forward to starting development of phase two of the project

Sisban announces the completion of a 10-year lease for 10,000 m² (107,600 ft²) space in its first phase hall at Sihot Park with Alutech Group, one of the world’s largest aluminium extruders. Alutech took occupation of their bespoke unit at Sihot Park this month and their arrival brings the tenant occupation level of the first hall to over 90% with one further tenant due to start in third quarter this year.
