We are celebrating this important milestone for our Sihot Park project and are delighted to welcome such a prestigious tenant as Man Truck and Bus into our community.
Completing construction and tenanting our 2nd phase hall is a major step towards realising our long term vision for this project, which is to transform the land we acquired for the benefit of the local and wider communities.

SISBAN is delighted to welcome Man Truck and Bus as the latest tenant to its prestigious Sihot Park light industry and logistics park in Slovakia.
Man Trucks has taken over occupation of our new 30,000 sqm 2nd phase hall which was constructed bespoke to their commercial requirements. Construction of the hall was completed in record time despite the impacts of Covid and adverse weather conditions. Man Truck and Bus will use the hall as an integral part of its operations in Slovakia and has committed to a 10 year lease with options to both extend the term and expand into a second hall of similar size in the coming years. The official handover ceremony took place at the site on 15th January with senior management representation from Sisban, Man Truck and Bus and Goldbeck, our construction partner.
