Scot Turner

After completing a bachelor in Hotel, Catering & Institutional Management in Sheffield Hallam University, Scot’s career was based in five-star hotels working for renowned hotel groups such as De Vere, IHG and Dorchester Collection holding the role of F&B Director in country house estates, golf resorts and city centre hotels bringing a broad knowledge of luxury and volume F&B operations.

His career was also marked by two openings, one as Deputy General Manager for the five-star Cedar Court Grand Hotel and Spa in York, and the other as a hotel manager in the Conrad London St. James Hotel and headed the team who won a coveted Michelin star at Coworth Park, part of the Dorchester Collection in 2011.

In 2015, Scot joined TGP International in Dubai in the role of UAE Operations Director and was promoted to Senior Operations Director overseeing operations in the U.A.E and UK in 2017 working with brands such as Alain Ducasse & China Grill Management.

Moving to Sisban F&B in 2018 as Senior Operations Director, Scot was responsible for the London operations while also overseeing several projects in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and UAE, in 2019 assumed the role of Vice President Operations for the International business.   In 2020, Scot took the role of Managing Partner for the successful launch of the Chestnut Bakery brand into the London market before moving into the Chief Operating Officer for the UK with Sisban Food in 2021.
