In its logistics portfolio Sisban is in the process of developing over 400,000sqm of land in Slovakia into a state of the art logistics and light industry hub.  When completed, these modern warehouse and industrial facilities, which utilise the latest in energy saving construction technologies, will total over 164,000sqm in floor space, making it one of the largest such projects in Central Eastern Europe (CEE)

Called Sihot Park, and located about one hour’s drive north of the Slovak capital Bratislava, construction of the first phase hall of 36,000sqm was completed at the end of 2019 and is now fully occupied on long leases by international renown industrial companies such as Vaillant, Alutec and Nothegger.

With its strategic central location and close proximity to major road arterial highways, Sihot Park provides much needed logistics and warehousing facilities for distributing goods within CEE and to Western Europe.  Demand for such a highly attractive destination is high from leading global companies and the second phase hall of 127,000sqm has already started construction on a pre-lease basis.
