We decided to accept post construction financing for the first phase of our project now that we are comfortable with the business environment in Slovakia and prepared to commit ourselves to the country for the longer term. We were in receipt of several financing offers and are delighted to be able to choose such a strong and reputable financial institution as Slovenska Sporitelna to be our financing partner for this project

This month Sisban has secured a Euro 15.5 million loan facility against its fully operational first hall at Sihot Park in Slovakia. Originally, Sisban had funded all land purchases, permissions, infrastructure work and hall construction from internal resources while it tested the Slovak market and now, after more than five years of investment, Sisban has resolved to deepen its commitment to Slovakia and take some leverage on its assets.
The loan was provided by Slovenska Sporitelna, the largest commercial bank in Slovakia, and is the beginning of what is expected to be a multi-phase financing facility it will make available to Sisban for the construction and roll out of future phases of Sihot Park.
