Sisban breaks the news that it has agreed and signed heads of terms with LKW Komponenten, the Slovak production subsidiary of Man Truck and Bus SE, for the lease of 25,000 m² (270,000 ft²) in a bespoke new second phase hall to be constructed at Sihot Park.
The long lease, which is subject to both extension and significant expansion options, will underpin Sisban’s commitment to further expand the roll out of its Sihot Park project in 2021. Completion of the second hall and early access by the tenant is expected to take place before the end of the year.
