Sihot Park Slovakia – second phase construction started

We are thrilled to have such a blue chip tenant as Man Truck and Bus underpin the second phase of our Sihot Park development.  We are under a tight timeline to have the hall constructed in time for their requirements, but we have engaged Goldbeck for the works and I have every confidence that they will do the same superb job as with the first hall and deliver the asset on schedule.  We also look forward to working with Slovenska Sporitelna in connection with the financing, but in the meantime we have no need for it and will commit Sisban’s own financial resources to make sure we deliver as this important new tenant expects
