Ahmed Torson

Ahmed Tourson joined SISBAN Holding in 2023 as Chief Financial Officer, he is responsible for the finance, legal and governance departments in the company and its subsidiaries. Before SISBAN he has been with SEDCO Capital for 9 years as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Tourson was responsible for the planning, implementing, managing and running of all the finance, investment operations, middle office and IT activities of the company. Mr. Tourson previously worked with Deloitte & Touche Middle East and KPMG Saudi Arabia in the audit services, quality assurance, and financial advisory. Ahmed is also the managing director and the Co-founder of Infinite Solutions Company which provides investment operations, operational risk and compliance advisory services and back-office solutions to capital market institutions and family offices. Mr. Tourson has more than 14 years’ of experience in investment operations, securities, support services, auditing and financial analysis. He holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting Sciences from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals and executive education degree from London Business School
