Chief of Staff
Najwa started her career at the World Bank in Washington D.C as a data analyst involved with economic and educational reforms after graduating with honours in Economics and International relations. She then progressed to a more progressive role and joined the United Nations Development Program designed to help Libya transition to a democracy and assist in revitalising the country’s economy by supporting private businesses.
In 2018, Najwa joined Sisban as a Business Development Manager, where she was involved in optimising the group’s overall business performance. In that role Najwa was overseeing the overall businesses as well as involving with external investments, and in particular conducting analytical research on investment models.
In parallel Najwa earned a Master’s in Business Development with a focus on Human Development and Psychology from Harvard University. She has since been promoted twice after she helped design and build Sisban’s leadership academy and acting as Manging Partner for several brands driving sales and ensuing profitability, introduced new initiatives and processes that have improved the business landscape and are now applied across the company, globally.
Today, she is setting and leading the execution of strategies at Sisban and its subsidiaries to ensure best performance and plans meet actual. Najwa plays a pivotal role in building Group and Subsidiary annual/long-term strategic growth and value creation as she guides, challenges, and provides practical support for the planning, effective delivery, and long- term development of Sisban’s strategic objectives.
