Developed out of appreciation for lunch, Lunch Room is a deeper look into how this most simple of meals axes our day, pauses it and reprieves it. The concept of lunch is not restricted, and is also translated in a creative manner into breakfast, brunch and dinner.
The philosophy of lunch unpacks itself at Lunch Room locations, often being in the city, and being authentic, it is a unique asset to the competitive F&B market. Growing, storing and cooking food has become an obsession, and the real theme of Lunch Room is to display it shamelessly and elegantly as an experience.
