Sisban operates through a global network of holding companies and operating subsidiaries organised into three business divisions – real estate, agriculture and food & beverage. We always invest our own proprietary capital, but often invite reputable international partners to join us.
We adhere to the highest standards of governance and investment management for the benefit of all our stakeholders and the wider community in which we invest.
In 2006 Sisban started in business by dealing in real estate, and to this day we remain an active investor in the sector. Using our experience and instincts, honed over more than a decade of shrewd investing, we have since expanded our activities into real estate development and completed many successful residential, commercial and mixed-use projects. We continue to search out diverse real estate investment opportunities where Sisban can add value through its development expertise.
Sisban’s expertise in real estate increased our appreciation for the enormous value potential of land not just for construction but also for growing crops. So we acquired large, fertile estates in Egypt on which we pioneered the production and processing of quality agricultural produce of a standard that could be exported to European markets. Ranging from the humble potato to more exotic fruits such as grapes, mangos and dates, we have since grown our farms to many times their original size and and become one of the largest high quality product exporters in North Africa.
From first developing real estate, to commercially growing crops, the natural progression for Sisban was to expand into serving food to customers at the table. From 2016, we started invested heavily in the food and beverage sector by creating our own unique brands and also acquiring controlling stakes in other well established ones. We now have a restaurant portfolio that covers a full suite of tastes, across different market segments and serving many international market. With 15 brands now in our portfolio, Sisban is fast becoming a major force in the global F&B sector and is now truly in the business of feeding people from farm to table.
Across our business divisions in GCC, UK, Europe and USA, our investments thrive thanks to our creative business models, our local infrastructure, our talented people and our deep sector and market expertise.
